Today 17th August 2011 I received my new varifocal glasses. I know we had a bit of a "misunderstanding" initially but as I stated to you in previous email and verbally on the phone " your extremely generous offer to upgrade my original order of bifocal to varifocal" was indeed a "one-off" offer and an offer i can say that has truly made me extremely delighted with Perfectglasses.co.uk the Varifocal i have are fantastic in every sense I never ever thought it would be so easy to take my own measurements , send the results to Perfect glasses and then receive the glasses A1 perfect fit first time. Again a very big thank you to you and your team.
Also as promised I have already posted on "Twitter" and "Facebook" and also on a local forum here in Spain about the great service Perfectglasses offer, please take a look at this site http://paulday.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general I use the name (ICE1) and as you can see i was quoting my original order and NOT the fact you upgraded me to varifocal . Also spoke to a number of people in the local bar showing off my frames etc and all state that they will defiantly take a look at your site.

Today I received my "Free" pair of glasses; they are EXACTLY what it says on the package "PERFECT GLASSES". As this is my first time purchasing glasses via the net I’m totally amazed the service, quality, product are absolutely “PERFECT". I do travel a lot in the EU and have looked for a pair of glasses in most countries, trying Perfect-Glasses .co.uk was a risk but a risk worth taking i thought, and to say that these glasses are FREE is fantastic, I can’t wait to see my new "primary" glasses when they are arrive.
I would very much appreciate if you would send a confirmation e-mail to me letting me know when you have posted my Varifocal out to Spain as I have to make a special trip for any small parcels to the main post-office as we are not notified of any parcels.

The glasses were packed very carefully and arrived in prime condition and I am very happy with the result, although only a small change to my prescription, they make reading very much easier.

the glasses have now arrived, I must say I am very pleased with the product you supply but was left a bit disappointed by the time it took. having read some of the reviews left on various review sites on the internet it appears this is a major problem for your company, had it not been for the huge claims made by you that it only takes 3 days to process I believe lots of this bad reviewing would not happen, surely it would be much more beneficial for you to quote 14 to 28 days to deliver the goods, people would still use your service given the fact that there is such a good saving, and just think how impressed people would be if their glasses arrived earlier than they expected. I will be recommending you to people but with the warning about time delays. Believe me people really are prepared to wait for a good product at the very good price. After all most of the high street opticians would take an average of 10 to 14 days anyway.

Just to let you know that the postman has just delivered my glasses. You picked a good name for your Company, because these glasses are just PERFECT, exactly what I wanted! They were a special order, and took a little longer for you to make, but they have been well worth waiting for. Also, I would like to remind you that NONE of the high street opticians were prepared to make these up for me. Indeed, one of them even told me that it was ILLEGAL for them to make for me! What a load of rubbish! I have also noticed that you have reimbursed me the difference because you could not make them ultra-thin, but these are just fine. I am trying to talk my sister into using your company, but she needs to have her eyes tested first. As soon as she sends me her prescription, I will be ordering for her.

I did receive the glasses in yesterday's mail and I'm wearing them as I write this. So far, the prescription feels fine. I had the lenses checked at my local optometrist and he confirmed the prescription was ground correctly.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the end product and I would consider buying with you guys again. I am only disappointed with the lack of communication on your part regarding the status of the order and reasons for the long processing time.
